neverleavingheaven operates this website and online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products to you.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise from neverleavingheaven.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inventory errors, pricing errors, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizes, quantities, billing information, and shipping information before completing an order.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have entered processing or fulfillment except when required by applicable law.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

neverleavingheaven does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted merchandise.

Exceptions may apply when a customer receives an incorrect item or merchandise that qualifies as damaged or defective under our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must follow the procedures and timeframes stated in our Return & Refund Policy when reporting an eligible issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

SECTION 5 - PRE-MADE INVENTORY AND PREORDERS

neverleavingheaven releases products using a combination of pre-made inventory and preorders.

For each product release, the first 50 units of each product are pre-made and expected to ship within approximately 7 days of purchase.

After the initial 50 pre-made units of a product have sold, additional orders for that product are considered PREORDERS.

PREORDER ITEMS ARE NOT READY TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY.

Preorder items are expected to ship approximately 3–4 weeks after the applicable release or preorder window closes.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the item is being purchased before it is ready for immediate shipment and agree to the fulfillment timeframe disclosed at the time of purchase.

If neverleavingheaven becomes unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify the affected customer and provide the options required by applicable law. Those options may include agreeing to a revised shipping date or canceling the affected order for a refund.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive available tracking information using the contact information provided during checkout.

Carrier transit and delivery estimates are not guaranteed by neverleavingheaven. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Loss, theft, delays, or damage occurring while a shipment is in the carrier's possession may be subject to the shipping carrier's claims process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neverleavingheaven is not responsible for carrier delays, theft following confirmed delivery, or loss or damage caused by a shipping carrier.

We will reasonably assist customers with available shipment information and eligible carrier or shipping insurance claims.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

neverleavingheaven is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may be required before the merchandise can be reshipped.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after placing an order if they discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

SECTION 8 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar government-imposed charges that aren't collected at checkout.

Customs processing and international carrier operations may cause delivery delays outside the control of neverleavingheaven.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they purchase can legally be imported into their destination country.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

The price applicable to an accepted order is generally the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors as permitted by law.
