SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with neverleavingheaven. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

RELEASES & PREORDERS

neverleavingheaven operates using a combination of pre-made inventory and preorders.

For each product release, the first 50 units of each product are pre-made and ready for fulfillment. These orders are expected to ship within approximately 7 days of purchase.

Once the initial 50 pre-made units of a product have sold, additional orders for that product will be considered PREORDERS.

PREORDER ITEMS ARE NOT READY TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY.

Preorder items are expected to ship approximately 3–4 weeks after the release or preorder window closes. This timeframe allows for production, quality control, packaging, and fulfillment.

Once your preorder has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Carrier transit time begins after the package has been shipped and is additional to the preorder fulfillment timeframe.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated preorder fulfillment timeline.

SHIPPING DELAYS

The shipping timeframes provided above are estimates based on our expected production and fulfillment schedule.

If we become unable to ship your order within the stated or promised timeframe, neverleavingheaven will notify you of the delay and provide any options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised shipping timeframe or canceling the affected order for a refund.

Production delays, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after receiving your package.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when necessary.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring while the package is in the carrier's possession may be subject to the carrier's claims process.

neverleavingheaven is not responsible for carrier delays, theft after confirmed delivery, or loss or damage caused by the shipping carrier to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If your tracking information shows a shipping issue, your package does not arrive as expected, or your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide available shipment information and reasonably assist with an eligible carrier or shipping insurance claim.

This provision does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

neverleavingheaven is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that are not collected at checkout, where applicable. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside the control of neverleavingheaven.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have entered processing or fulfillment, except where cancellation or another remedy is required by applicable law.

If you notice an error with your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.
